Croissunday is Back! Chef Nadège Creates 1-Day-Only Menu of 15 Divine Croissants

NADÈGE locations across Toronto* host Croissunday (#croissunday), a celebration of the quintessential french pastry: the croissant, this Sunday, March 8th. The special menu will feature one-of-a-kind flavour combinations for the public to enjoy for one-day-only. Chef Nadège Nourian pairs exotic and local ingredients for this year’s Canadiana-themed menu featuring 15 flavours–a selection of unexpected croissant delights, including chestnut and cassis, rye and ginger, pecan pie and maple bacon will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All free-standing NADÈGE boutiques across Toronto* will feature the 15 croissants on Sunday, March 8th only. Here’s a sneak peek at the Croissunday menu, additional flavours will be unveiled this week on @nadegetoronto’s Instagram and in-stores:

  • Maple Bacon
  • Chestnut & Cassis
  • Rocket & Goat Cheese
  • Rye & Ginger

Croissunday is an annual tradition at NADÈGE that first came to be February 2014. Chef Nadège introduced the concept to celebrate the classic croissant in creative and unexpected ways. In the spirit of Croissunday, customers embrace new discoveries and deliciousness–past flavours have included black squid ink, pink praline, and beer croissants.
