Aveda expands best-selling Invati hair products with a new collection for men

TORONTO Aveda extends their global best-selling Invati system to men with the launch of Invati Men Solutions for Thinning Hair, a new line designed specifically for men with early to moderate thinning hair to prevent hair loss due to breakage. Aveda Invati Men Nourishing Exfoliating Shampoo and Invati Men Scalp Revitalizer will be available beginning May 1, 2016 in Aveda Experience Center retail stores, Aveda Salons and Spas and online.

Invati Men is a two-step system which reduces hair loss, with four out of five men saying their hair felt stronger and looked thicker after usage. The shampoo and scalp revitalizer are formulated with a potent blend of plant actives to strengthen and thicken hair at the root. The Invati Men™ aroma contains a refreshing blend of essential oils including certified organic cedarwood and fir and other pure plant essences.

“We are excited to launch this new innovation designed specifically for our male clientele,” says Ray Civello, CEO, Aveda Canada. “For men of various ages, hair thinning and loss is a common concern, and this effective system can be used as a preventative measure for those who want to take control of it.”

Two steps, once a day, every day

Step one: Exfoliate

Invati Men Nourishing Exfoliating Shampoo (SRP $49) exfoliates and conditions the scalp to help strengthen thinning hair. Wintergreen-derived salicylic acid helps remove build-up and excess sebum which can clog pores. The lightweight formula can be massaged into the scalp for best results.

Step two: Thicken and invigorate

Invati Men Scalp Revitalizer (SRP $90) leave-in treatment instantly thickens hair at the root to help men keep their existing hair longer. The quick-absorbing serum can be massaged into the scalp to increase micro-circulation. The Scalp Revitalizer is made with amla and a potent blend of plant actives and should be applied once a day, every day.

Invati Men: From soil to bottle

Aveda partnered with Nisarga, an Indian farm committed to growing Ayurvedic herbs with organic agriculture, to supply the certified organic turmeric used in Invati Men. Aveda’s support of Nisarga allows them to expand organic farming practices, benefitting the environment. The CO2 extraction method used on the turmeric is also environmentally friendly.
